Board of Directors - Michael Giltzow
Michael Giltzow served as CEO of Boise Vault Inc. for 25
years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Boise State
University. Mr. Giltzow was a free lance computer programmer with several
copyrights and published programs to his credit. Michael served in the U.S. Army
from 1966 to 1968. He holds a pilots rating as well as a Padi Dive Master
certificate. Mr. Giltzow is retired and presently hand builds acoustic guitars
in Boise, Idaho.
Mr. Giltzow’s involvement in the underwater world started in the late 1950’s
when he received his first diving certificate. He is an avid collector, restorer
and diver of old diving equipment as well as an underwater photographer. Mr.
Giltzow has had the opportunity to dive in many of the world’s most precious
marine environments and welcomes the chance to bring those types of experiences
to people in Boise; through the Tropical Marine Science Center.
