David Petso, CFP® is the president and owner of Petso Financial Consultants. With 25 years of experience, Dave has built one of the largest independent firms in the Northwest. Serving over 2000 clients with over $300 million in assets. Petso Financial focuses on individual planning with an emphasis on income for retirees.
In addition to managing an office and clients, Dave also hosts the weekly radio program “Money Matters”. It has run for over 15 years across southern Idaho. He is a frequent guest on KIDO 580’s “AM Idaho” and “Idaho Today”. Dave also appears weekly on KTVB News Channel 7.
Dave has served on numerous industry boards including past president of the Idaho Financial Planners Association. He is an active member of the board for his Church as well as the Idaho Community Foundation.
Dave and his wife have lived in Boise for 25 years. They have two daughters. When he is not in the office you may find him golfing, skiing or traveling and looking for some warm waters to dive.
